Role Responsibilities & Job Descriptions:

Provide first-level support by managing and responding to incoming support team emails and requests.
Assist in resolving common customer issues using established processes, knowledge articles, and predefined solutions.
Support license management, user account administration, and internal application-related requests.
Monitor hosted service environments and escalate system alerts, incidents, or service disruptions when required.
Assist with customer onboarding activities, including validating pre–Go Live requirements and readiness checks.
Review and audit customer portals, documentation, and support records to ensure accuracy, usability, and ease of reference.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Software Development, or a related field.
Available for a minimum internship period of 6 months.
Basic understanding of IT concepts, software applications, and technical terminology.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
Eagerness to learn new technologies, work collaboratively, and take initiative in a dynamic environment.
