Strategic Deal Structuring Expert
We are seeking a dynamic and rigorous candidate with a strong drive for action, strategic thinking, quantitative analysis, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
You will join our Strategic Deal Structuring team, supporting major business transformation initiatives across various sales organizations. Your primary mission will be to shape and execute strategic deals from early stages through to executive decision-making, contributing to pre-sales efforts and cross-functional collaboration.
The team provides to Sales leaders a structure to articulate 3DS value proposal in the context of customer strategic ambition, delivering fast and high-quality deliverables with short turn-around time.
Role Description & Responsibilities
- You will lead critical activities that contribute to the success of strategic customer engagements across multiple industries and Northern European geographies. Your responsibilities will be clearly defined for each customer opportunity and typically include:
- Analysing customer challenges through corporate communications, financial reports, and annual statements.
- Building business cases using 3DS portfolio materials and the value assessment methodology.
- Connect business cases results to commercial offer
- Prepare executive restitution of value potential including description of the solution, delivery model, business benefits, pricing and overall narrative
- Plan activities, define responsibilities, monitor progress within the account team
You will deploy on an estimated 3-5 customer opportunities per year
Qualifications
- Proven strategic thinking and decision-making experience in complex global business environments, ideally in sales advisory roles (e.g., business desk, deal desk, sales or similar).
- Master’s degree or MBA in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
- Experience with software/cloud commercial proposals.
- Strong background in data-driven quantitative analysis and business case construction
- Ability to work cross-functionally in multi-regional organizations.
- Skills in strategy consulting, market analysis, and business modelling.
- Advanced analytical and financial modelling capabilities.
- Expertise in structuring complex solutions and modelling business processes.
- Proficiency in presenting complex problems and influencing leadership decisions.
- Large transformation management - implementation of complex enterprise solutions
- Strong organizational skills and familiarity with cross-functional methodologies.
- Track record of executive-level engagement, business development in digital environments.
