Role description & responsibilities

As a Spatial Services Software Architect at Dassault Systèmes, you will contribute to the design and development of innovative 3D desktop and web applications. Collaborating with R&D, Sales, and Marketing teams, you will leverage Spatial's advanced technologies to deliver robust software solutions, showcase product capabilities, and support business objectives.

  • Design and develop 3D desktop and web applications, ensuring software quality, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Collaborate with R&D teams to understand emerging technologies, integrate new features, and develop technical demonstrations highlighting Spatial's solutions.
  • Develop functional prototypes, code samples, and technical marketing deliverables, including demonstrations, videos, screenshots, and technical blogs, to support sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain and enhance deployed solutions, investigate critical technical issues, and implement effective fixes to ensure application reliability and performance.
  • Validate software deliverables, uphold quality standards, and contribute to design decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Experience in software architecture and development, with proficiency in C++, Python, and TypeScript, as well as Windows and Linux environments.
  • Knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies and their potential applications in software development.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, technical documentation, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Familiarity with CAD/CAM/CAE technologies, 3D applications, and geometric modeling is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Dassault Systèmes offers an excellent salary with potential for bonus, commensurate with experience. Benefits include a choice of plans providing comprehensive coverage for medical, dental, vision care for employee & dependents as well as employee life, short & long term disability, tuition reimbursement, immediate 401K enrollment, 401K match (50 cents on the dollar, up to the first 8% of your eligible compensation that you contribute based on match eligibility criteria), flexible time off policy, and 10 paid holidays.
Salary Pay Transparency

Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $90000 and $110000, representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.
