In particular, the OUTSCALE.Platform organization is in charge of defining and providing the common fundamentals for all DASSAULT SYSTEMES Cloud services, namely: a standardized architecture, integrated cybersecurity controls, automated supervision and operations. For our internal customers, building Cloud Services on OUTSCALE.Platform automatically guarantees the adoption of these pillars, and allows the solutions to be deployed worldwide, on all supported IaaS providers, without any adaptation required.
Role Description & Responsibilities:
Within the OUTSCALE.Platform R&D department, you will join the Service Security Control team. Service Security Control is a part of our Platform-as-a-Service suite of applications and tools that takes care of deployments and operations of Dassault Systèmes' online services (Cloud). Your mission will be to participate in the specification and development of new features of the Service Security Controller and Support.
• Analyze functional and technical requirements and contribute to feature specifications
• Design, develop, test, and deploy cloud-native platform services
• Automate deployments and operations using DevOps best practices
• Participate in L3 production support, incident analysis, and root-cause resolution
• Continuously improve service observability, monitoring, and operational excellence
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• 1 – 3 years of experience in software development, DevOps, or cloud engineering
Required Skills:
• Proficiency in Java
• knowledge of Shell scripting and Python scripting for automation, debugging, and operational support
• Understanding of networking and security fundamentals such as proxies, public/private subnets, load balancing etc.
• Good working knowledge of Linux, including common commands, log inspection, and basic process and network troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud technologies (AWS or equivalent)
• Experience working with production or non-production environments
• Understanding of containerized application deployment and operations
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a global team
• Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving cloud and DevOps technologies
• Understanding of security best practices in cloud and Kubernetes environments
Nice to Have / Helpful Skills
• Exposure to Ingress Controllers (NGINX Ingress, HAProxy, or similar)
• Experience with Helm charts
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.)
• Familiarity with observability tools (logs, metrics, alerts)
