Dassault Systèmes is looking for passionate and skilled Full Stack Developers to join our engineering organization and contribute to the development of scalable services, internal platforms, and cloud-based applications on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform supporting worldwide R&D teams and customers.
In this role, you will work on modern cloud-native applications, backend services, APIs, automation solutions, and responsive frontend applications using Java and JavaScript technologies. You will collaborate with global engineering, DevOps, and R&D teams to build enterprise-grade solutions used across worldwide operations.
You will be part of a team developing highly critical enterprise solutions and microservices supporting engineering platforms, developer workflows, and global R&D operations.
Role Description & Responsibilities
- Understand engineering processes, workflows, and tools used by worldwide R&D organizations.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and web applications on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
- Develop cloud-native applications and APIs supporting worldwide customers, engineering teams, and R&D operations.
- Develop responsive and modern frontend applications using JavaScript frameworks such as Vue.js, React.js, and Node.js ecosystems.
- Design and integrate REST APIs, microservices, and backend systems with enterprise applications and cloud platforms.
- Build reusable frameworks, utilities, automation tools, and engineering productivity solutions.
- Collaborate with DevOps, Cloud, QA, and R&D teams for deployment, monitoring, scalability, and performance optimization of applications and services.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure high-quality engineering standards, security best practices, maintainability, and scalability across solutions.
Qualification
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development using Java and JavaScript technologies.
- BE / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc or equivalent degree from an accredited university.
- Strong programming expertise in Java with hands-on experience in Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, REST APIs, Microservices architecture
- Strong frontend development experience using JavaScript, Vue.js, React.js, Node.js, HTML5, CSS3
- Good understanding and practical experience with REST Web Services and scalable web application development.
- Experience working with databases such as MySQL, MariaDB, MongoDB
- Experience with enterprise Java technologies and tools such as Hibernate / JPA, Maven / Gradle, Apache Tomcat, Eclipse ID, Git
- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native deployment practices.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with local and remote teams.
- Self-motivated individual with strong learning mindset and passion for engineering excellence.
Good to Have
- Experience with Kubernetes, Redis, Kafka, Elasticsearch, or Graph databases.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Understanding of DevOps practices, monitoring, logging, and application observability.
- Knowledge of enterprise platform integrations and scalable distributed systems.
