As a Senior Services Sales Expert, you will partner closely with software sales, consulting and delivery teams to identify, shape and win professional service sales that support customer transformation goals. The role combines strategic sales, solution development, bid leadership and commercial negotiation, working with senior customer stakeholders across industries including Automotive, Aerospace & Defence, Industrial Equipment, High Tech and Consumer Goods.

Responsibilities
- Drive the sale of consulting, implementation and transformation services alongside software sales teams.
- Build, manage and grow a strong pipeline of services opportunities.
- Achieve services bookings, revenue and profitability targets.
- Shape customer solutions, implementation strategies and value propositions.
- Lead complex bids, proposals, RFIs, RFPs and RFQs.
- Act as Bid Manager, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver winning proposals.
- Prepare Statements of Work (SOWs), pricing models and commercial proposals.
- Lead commercial negotiations and manage contractual and delivery risks.
- Develop trusted relationships with senior customer and executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate with sales, consulting and delivery teams to support strategic account growth.
Skills & Knowledge Required
- Proven experience selling enterprise software services, consulting or systems integration solutions.
- Strong value-based selling, opportunity shaping and solution-selling skills.
- Experience leading complex bids, proposals and tender responses.
- Strong commercial acumen, including pricing, profitability and forecasting.
- Experience preparing SOWs, commercial proposals and customer contracts.
- Strong contract negotiation skills and experience working with procurement and legal teams.
- Ability to engage, influence and present confidently to Director, VP and C-level stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead virtual, cross-functional teams and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Knowledge of PLM, digital transformation, engineering or manufacturing environments is highly desirable.
