Role description & Responsibilities:
- Execute end-to-end purchasing operations, including PR/PO processing, supplier onboarding, and order tracking
- Manage Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations, including PO checks, dispatch, supplier management, and purchasing card administration
- Ensure compliance with company policies, approval workflows, and procurement standards
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to resolve operational issues and ensure timely delivery
- Manage the P2P support ticketing system and contribute to continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives
- Utilize AI and automation tools to improve process efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or related field
- JLPT N4 or above Japanese capability and fluent Chinese skill
- 1 to 3 years of Experience in an international environment SSC - P2P (Purchasing Operations
- Knowledge and experience of Using ERP System (Psft, Oracle, SAP) and eProcurement platforms
- Basic understand of AI applications in business (eg. data automation, predictive analytics or document processing)
- Experience in working with international Business
- Customer service experience and customer-oriented
