Role description & Responsibilities:

  • Execute end-to-end purchasing operations, including PR/PO processing, supplier onboarding, and order tracking
  • Manage Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations, including PO checks, dispatch, supplier management, and purchasing card administration
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, approval workflows, and procurement standards
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to resolve operational issues and ensure timely delivery
  • Manage the P2P support ticketing system and contribute to continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives
  • Utilize AI and automation tools to improve process efficiency and accuracy
     

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or related field
  • JLPT N4 or above Japanese capability and fluent Chinese skill
  • 1 to 3 years of Experience in an international environment SSC - P2P (Purchasing Operations
  • Knowledge and experience of Using ERP System (Psft, Oracle, SAP) and eProcurement platforms
  • Basic understand of AI applications in business (eg. data automation, predictive analytics or document processing)
  • Experience in working with international Business
  • Customer service experience and customer-oriented
