PMO Financial Specialist

Role & Responsibilities

• In your role as PMO you act as ‘the conscience’ of project management financials, guidance and best practices, working to ensure that our commercials run accurately, effectively and on time. 
• You will be responsible for reliable reporting, monitoring the financial project health and for accurate weekly forecasting from project start up to project completion. For that purpose you will work closely with 3DS Project Managers and various other stakeholders to assure the projects assigned to you are in control and compliant to 3DS financial process guidelines, processes and procedures.

Scope Areas:

• Financial project forecast (revenue, cost, project margin)
• Monitoring of project budget; actuals and discrepancies vs forecast
• Handling of project resourcing
• Project planning
• Preparation of dedicated customer financial project reports
• Invoicing monitoring & validation
