Job Description and Role Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for all employees as Level 1 & 2 support on HR topics
• Maintain and update HR Policy via closely working with People Care.
• Secure & update employee records & work contract
• Onboard new hires and set-up employee records
• Ensure compliance, data privacy and integrity when managing confidential/sensitive information
• Support audit process relating to HR & Payroll
• Ensure end-to-end request management (open request to closure) according to support service engagement
• Run & secure payroll and tax reporting to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
• Support end-to-end of employee’s Benefits program operations (from employee enrollment to benefits renewal)
• Proactively update payroll parameters as required, to align with legal compliances or new collective agreements
• Support employment stabilization fund or government subsidy program applications, when applicable
• Support foreign employee visa documentation
• Process & facilitate employee statutory contribution (including but not limited to National Pension, National Health Insurance, Employment Insurance, Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance, etc.) and withholding tax payment
• Prepare compliance reports and support reporting to stakeholders & government/statutory bodies
• Able to participate in the global or regional HR task/projects
