Are you ready to drive the digital transformation of education?

As Partner Sales Manager EDU (m/f/d) at Dassault Systèmes AB, you will bring your expertise to support academic and research institutions across Northern Europe in their digital transformation journey. You are not just selling software – you are creating sustainable value and building trusted relationships with decision-makers at universities and research centers.
Location: Stockholm or Gothenburg. Travel readiness across Northern Europe (UK & Ireland, Benelux, Nordics) is required to support our education customers.

 

Role Description & Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sales Management: You will manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation, promoting 3DEXPERIENCE platform solutions across universities and research institutions
  • Academic Relationship Building: You will develop and maintain partnerships with all Dassault Systèmes brands (3DEXPERIENCE, CATIA, SOLIDWORKS, BIOVIA, SIMULIA) and build trust with stakeholders from professors to university administration
  • Education Market Analysis: You will analyze the academic and research landscape across Northern Europe, developing specialized knowledge of higher education and research market dynamics
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: You will support education sales specialists and coordinate with internal teams to generate qualified leads through strategic sales activities
  • Channel Partner Management: You will act as primary contact for authorized reseller partners across Northern Europe for all education-related opportunities
  • Revenue Achievement: You will drive substantial revenue targets while expanding our software footprint in universities, colleges, and research organizations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Sales, Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field - technical affinity essential to effectively communicate complex software solutions
  • 2-3 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in software, technology, or education sector
  • Creative problem-solver with innovative thinking and ability to develop new business opportunities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working with diverse academic stakeholders
  • Strong relationship-building abilities and collaborative working style
  • Outstanding presentation skills for academic and research audiences
  • Fluency in English required; additional Nordic or European languages advantageous
