Role Description & Responsibilities
As a Solution Consultant, you will help customers see and realize the value of Dassault Systèmes’ Industry Process Experiences (IPEs) on the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform. You will guide them in re-engineering their processes and show how the “To Be” vision becomes reality, contributing to larger deals, faster signatures, and successful go-lives.
In order to support the growth of Dassault Systèmes, your responsibilities include the following:
- Reveal to customers how to capture the value of our Industry Process Experiences, helping them re-engineer their processes with the IPEs supported by the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform
- Lead Value Engagement activities with customers and partners across each phase:
- Value Assessment: capture and analyze customer business processes and business drivers
- Value Definition: engineer “To Be” business processes and demonstrate 3DEXPERIENCE value through Industry Solutions and Industry Processes
- Value Commitment: detail “To Be” processes within the OOTB/ISE coverage mindset, and build task and item lists for Service project sizing
- Value Delivery: support customers and partners in 3DEXPERIENCE learning, deployment, and best practices
- Run Fit Gap Analysis workshops and document “To Be” processes
- Demonstrate the products in an efficient, professional, and compelling way, and articulate the overall value of the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform
- Hand over project details and know-how to the delivery team (DSIS or SI Partners) to ensure a smooth transition to implementation
- Collaborate closely with Industry and R&D teams, contributing field insights to Industry Offer and 3DEXPERIENCE Platform enhancements
- Support the solution enablement of Partners and the Sales Ecosystem
- Maintain best-in-class expertise and capitalize on field activities to build reusable best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience, with a strong industrial engineering background
- Solid understanding of customers’ legacy processes and industry processes, with the ability to translate them into “To Be” processes using the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform
Familiar with auto industry customers
- Professional presentation and demonstration skills, with the ability to explain business value clearly to customer stakeholders
- Collaborative, customer-focused, and curious, with a drive to keep learning
- Language : English
