As a EuroCentral Cloud Advocacy Senior Specialist (m/f/d) you will define and propose a transformation path towards an integrated Global SaaS Solution, enabling the customer to achieve his business objectives leveraging 3DS Know How and technologies powered by the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, through our various Value Engagement models.

Role Description & Responsibilities

•    Customization and expansion of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform according to customer requirements
•    Development and implementation of new functionalities and workflows
•    Integration of the platform into the customers' existing system landscapes
•    Analysis of requirements and implementation into technical solutions
•    Work very closely with customers and R&D to develop tailored solutions
•    Support in training and advising customers and internal on how to use the platform
•    Position implies high availability for traveling, with a target up to 30% of business time in rush periods

Qualifications

•    Engineering or IT Degree (or equivalent) with 8 years’ experience in a similar role or equivalent
•    Fluent German and English is a must
•    Global knowledge of cloud-consulting is must 
•    Deep knowledge of industry standards (Cloud provider certification)
•    Programming knowledge (e.g. Java, C++, Python, VBA)
•    Structured and analytical way of working as well as problem-solving skills
•    Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and customer orientation
•    Experience with the 3DEXPERIENCE platform or comparable PLM systems is an advantage
•    Experience working within a project delivery lifecycle is an advantage
