Role Responsibility & Job Description:

As an Infrastructure Consultant (to grow as Infrastructure Architect) DELMIA, you will join the Global DELMIA HUB Services Team, team of 200 people located worldwide and part of the Value Engagement Worldwide division.

Your mission is to implement major DELMIA projects across various industries (such as Aerospace, Automotive, Marine & Offshore, Energy, or High Tech), following the Value Engagement model. You help international companies reinvent engineering, operations, and planning to achieve manufacturing excellence within the context of Industry 4.0. Key focus areas include business process digitalization, team collaboration, IT and IoT interoperability, dashboarding, and Big Data

Your specific responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Secure the deployment of DELMIA projects by operating and maintaining Solutions Infrastructure in the customer's information system environments.
• Validate technical prerequisites (software/hardware) in the customer environment and ensure compliance with Dassault Systemes product.
• Create and validate the technical integration design.
• Deploy and maintain products in the customer's system landscape.
• Propose solutions regarding the customer operational issues and tune/configure products and related key software component as Operating System, Databases, application and web servers.
• Define and lead performance scalability and testing projects and configurate integration components such as LDAP, SAML, databases, middleware etc.
• Work with Infrastructure Architect closely to validate Infrastructure Consultant tasks before communicate to customer.
• Discuss and review documentation with client to get approval (QAD/TAD/QID/ISD).
• Create and maintain DB schema also Data with a close discussion and provided by functional team.
• Supports the Infrastructure Architect in all tasks where needed
• Participates in the workshop with Infrastructure Architect and Customer
• Tracks own progress
• Is self-organizing with help to Project Managers
• Supports the Customer with setup of the technical infrastructure, hardware and software stack
• Supports the IPC and SwE on technical topics and issues
• Troubleshoot if there is issue with the environment infrastructure or connectivity issue for Thin Client / Web Client.
• Able to manage multiple project with different time zone.
• Designs the technical architecture and defines the platform sizing for Customer’s infrastructure environment(s).
• Provides expertise regarding IT infrastructure topics such as infrastructure audits, technical architecture design, security, platform tuning, performance analysis and associated recommendations.

Mainly your role will focus on DELMIA Quintiq projects but will be open to new DELMIA softwares (Ortems & Apriso) according to requests
