Customer Data Management Associate
Role & Responsibilities
Dassault Systèmes is seeking a Customer Data Management Associate to control and process SIRs with autonomy, in a timely manner, and in accordance with documented processes.
Ensure Non-Technical Service Requests (NTSRs) are prioritized, dispatched, analyzed, followed up on until resolution, and closed. Reproduce technical issues and escalate appropriately through People Support tickets.
Audit SIRs upon management request and/or in accordance with documented processes, while meeting communicated deadlines.
Define the Change of Distributor and Intercompany Transfer roadmap and plan execution.
Support key performance indicators, including ensuring 100% of SIRs are managed in accordance with rules and policies, 100% of SIRs are managed within published turnaround times, and 100% of audits are performed on time with zero critical findings published.
Qualifications:
Strong Written and Oral skills
Work in a fast pace environment
Must be able to work quarter end until the last transaction is processed
Strong analytical stills
Able to following DS Policies related to Customer Records
Must be organized and able to prioritize

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $24 and $28 per hour.
