C++ App Dev - AI / ML
Role Description & Responsibilities
At Dassault Systèmes, SIMULIA, we are at the forefront of AI-driven physics simulation, creating next generation applications for design, engineering, research, and real-world problem-solving. We are looking for a skilled AI / ML App Developer to join our team and help build powerful AI-driven Modeling and Simulation applications.
· Develop and optimize 3DEXPERIENCE applications geared towards simulation and design engineers
· Integrate AI models for various physics behaviors
· Work with the User Experience team to design ideal workflows and user interfaces
· Design user-friendly interfaces for designer and complex simulation environments
· Collaborate with the SIMULIA technology team to integrate and refine AI powered simulation algorithms
· Work with physics-based computation frameworks and machine learning libraries
· Debug, test, and enhance software performance across platforms
Qualifications
· MS or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent with 3+ years of experience with designing and developing complex commercial software systems
· Proficiency in C++ (a MUST HAVE), Python with experience in AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
· Demonstrated experience developing front-end applications
· Good understanding of physics simulation techniques (e.g. Finite Element Analysis)
· Experience with simulation solvers (e.g. Abaqus) and design tools (e.g. CATIA)
· Prior work with AI-driven modeling and predictive analytics is a plus
· Exceptional analytical abilities, problem-solving aptitude, intellectual curiosity and interest in finding new ways to do things
Inclusion statement
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $128000 and $174000, representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.
