Business Planning & Operations Intern

Join us as a Business Planning & Operations Intern and launch your career! In this 6-month internship based in our Cambridge office, you’ll support our Business Planning & Operations team on strategic and efficiency-driven projects.
The internship is offered on a hybrid basis — 40 hours per week (3 days in the office, 2 days remote). We may also consider a lower weekly commitment (minimum 24 hours) for a highly motivated and well-matched candidate.
Gain hands-on experience shaping sales strategy, analyzing market and economic trends and collaborating across departments like Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Leadership. You’ll help track performance, support communications, and contribute to initiatives that drive real impact.
This hands-on opportunity will allow you to develop new skills, contribute to strategic initiatives and share your ideas. 

Responsibilities

• Provide market insights and analysis, including industry trends, to support decision-making and strategic direction
• Support the planning and execution of campaigns as part of the Cloud business development strategy
• Assist in internal communication initiatives, including newsletters, team updates, and meetings
• Contribute to internal process improvements and operational transformation initiatives
• Help create, revise, and deliver presentations for internal stakeholders
• Support the tracking of key performance indicators and the delivery of standardized performance reports to the leadership team
• Leverage AI tools where appropriate to enhance productivity and analysis
• Learn and become a proficient user of Dassault Systèmes’ 3DEXPERIENCE Platform
