Role & Responsibilities
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new market opportunities and building strong relationships with potential clients.
You will lead and nurture a team of Business Development Associates (BDA) ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets, revenue growth and customer acquisition goals.
Qualifications
Possesses 4+ years of Business Development Management experience
Displays exceptional interpersonal and team management skills
Demonstrates strong analytical experience
Exhibits strong proficiency with CRM and MS Office Suite
Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $115,000- $150,000 representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.
