Role Description & Responsibilities:
- Drive Industrial Equipment customers’ digital transformation and support solution architecture design.
- Leverage engineering expertise to analyze customers’ business and technical requirements.
- Develop proposals and lead proof-of-concept (PoC) engagements and technical seminars.
- Lead technical communication between customers and internal teams to achieve customer goals.
- Ensure technical handover and knowledge transfer to Service delivery team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronic, Mechatronics Engineering or a related Engineering field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience as a CAD, PLM, simulation Engineers or Experience at Manufacturing Companies.
- Good knowledge in Tire, Robotics, Heavy Industries, industrial Equipment Manufacturing Industry or a similar manufacturing industry.
- Experience in IT system development, implementation or consulting in Industrial Equipment industry is highly preferred.
- Business-Level English.
