As a SIMULIA, R&D Quality Assurance Engineer in the CST QA team, you will gain valuable experience with standalone “CST Studio Stiue” App, “3DExperience” Native Apps in client-server architecture, Cloud compute Apps, and the various other simulation products that we release. In this Operations role, you will directly contribute to release qualification of SIMULIA products and be responsible for quality control activities pertaining to software release. You will perform duties using our proprietary and customized toolset, work with a global team and contribute to qualifying software deliveries adhering to our Master Release Schedule.

What will your role be?

Activities include, but are not limited to working within the CST QA team

Perform Best-in-class Quality Assessment of DS products and ensure that product’s quality meets Dassault Systemes criteria.
Perform test execution, correctness/failure review and ensure whether existing functionality is working as expected as software undergoes change.
Validate the PES(Product Enhancement Specification) document and give suggestions
Verify and validate forward compatibility of applications
Use of AI tools for efficiency improvement
Debug and Analyze QA test failures and work closely with development team to resolve them in a timely manner.
Provide concise, articulated, verbal and/or written communication of findings to mentors, management and/or co-workers as necessary.
Identify sensitive, noisy automated test failures validate them with manual test results and resolve them.

Your Key Success Factors

MTech in Electronics & Communications
Experience with good exposure Electromagnetics simulation software
Knowledge of programming language like Python will be an added advantage
Exposure to AI technologies will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written & verball.
Knowledge of software development life cycle.
Self-motivated, passionate and possesses critical thinking skills
Strong organizational skills and is detail oriented

Experience and strong understanding of Electro-Magnetic Simulations and their applications
Ability to automate the tests using automation technologies
Collaborate with quality engineering and software development teams to build highly reliable tests.
Provide clear weekly status to management including progress, impediments and ideas
Contribute towards process and tools initiatives to improve our software test automation solutions
Ability to use AI technology to optimize and improve the testing efforts
