CHINA Facilities Specialist

Job Description:
• Ensure site operations for business continuity & excellence
• Maintain the premises in safe and sound conditions
• Manage reception (where applicable), maintenance, cleaning, reprography
• Supervise external contractors as required
• Participate to the office space design and allocation to promote the 3DS image and secure a pleasant work environment to each employee
• Ensure compliance of the premises in terms of local regulations & obligations
• Manage and supervise the building access rules with security
• Manage the office space to optimize the team organization and work conditions
• Assign offices and office furniture to employees
• Ordering all necessary office supplies
• Ensure site compliance with 3DS identity & culture and security
• Align sites to corporate sustainability strategy
• Deliver Facilities support et respect defined SLA (people support ticket)
• Create eProcurement requests for purchase related to real estate and facilities.
• Manage logistic, mailroom and shipping activities (where applicable)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above in Facility Management, Engineering, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Administration Management or related majors; 5+ years of relevant working experience in enterprise office facility management, multinational company facility operation experience is preferred.
- Familiar with office building facility operation and maintenance management, proficient in common fault troubleshooting of electrical, electromechanical, air conditioning, water and fire safety facilities, with independent problem-solving capability.
- Familiar with office facility management processes, vendor management modes and basic cost control methods; experienced in supporting office renovation, space adjustment and relocation projects is a plus.
- Master basic office safety management knowledge, understand national fire safety and facility operation management specifications, with strong safety awareness.
- Possess good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, able to communicate smoothly with foreign colleagues and foreign vendors, proficient in using Office software to sort out data and write reports.
- Have strong on-site emergency response capability, rigorous work attitude, good logical thinking and data sorting ability.
- Excellent cross-departmental communication, coordination and execution skills, strong service awareness, able to efficiently coordinate resources to solve practical problems.
