- Define integrated Global Solution enabling the customer to perform his Business strategy providing:
- The coverage of his whole business processes with the expected business value while guarantying the final workability and relevancy of the solution
- The contribution to the Business Objectives achievement leveraging 3DS Know-how within the valuable usage of 3DEXPERIENCE platform according the Industry Business Challenge of the customer.
- The Solution engineering by promoting CLOUD solution first from Dassault Systèmes, considering the market trends.
- The expertise on the Value Engagement process to operate and orchestrate the solution Engineering from the Solution Vision to the Solution Delivery
- Act as key Contributor of the Value Engagement framework
- Participate in Value Engagement gate reviews when needed
- Assess Customer Opportunity in regards of feasibility, value and risks
- Contribute with Business Consultant to Capture customer business processes
- Challenge customer business processes in regard of value creation and business transformation
- Define Global Solution Architecture leveraging 3DS Know-how to support customer business objectives, highlighting committed value, and taking extra care of feasibility and delivery effort
- Leverage collaboration between 3DS organization around a common view of the solution architecture for project success and customer satisfaction
- Ensure the alignment of the delivered solution with the committed (SoW) project scope
- Support Consultants & System Integrators
- Leverage IFWE Loop to manage customer and ecosystem interaction, and capitalize all relevant information
- 11+ years of experience in APRISO including version above APRISO 2020
- Strong interpersonal and technical skills to drive the entire project from requirement gathering to Go Live and adoption.
- Experience with MES Solution Design and Implementation of APRISO based MES - minimum 2 Solution design Experience with end to end implementation
- Good Knowledge of manufacturing domains including discrete as well as process industry
- Good knowledge and working experience in APRISO Process Builder, Machine Integrator, Archiving, Business Integrator
- Good knowledge of APRISO architecture and functional modules along with Database structure
- Integration experience with L4 and L2
- Good knowledge of SQL and Oracle Database
- Strong Leadership skills to manage team, partners and end customer
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- No travel constraints
Additional Skills :
- Manage the day to day activities of a team of SW developers
- Interface with other project stakeholders to ensure that the system objectives are balanced with overall project objectives
- Represent the team as required
- Identify reusable components to be leveraged across applications
- Communicate with peers and supervisors routinely, document work, meetings, and decisions.
- Mentor junior developers
