Position Overview:

The Executive Business Partner, Office of the CEO, will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer of Life Sciences & Healthcare and serve as a trusted partner in running the CEO's office and advancing the organization's priorities.

This is a senior executive business partner role that combines executive administrative support with strategic operations and cross-business execution. The Executive Business Partner will help the CEO focus on the most important decisions and relationships while ensuring that leadership priorities are translated into clear plans, coordinated across teams, and followed through to completion. The Executive Business Partner will successfully operate at varying altitudes, managing tactical and administrative duties, executing strategic priorities on behalf of the CEO, and supporting cross-functional initiatives with different stakeholders.

The Executive Business Partner will be critical in supporting the CEOs business transformation and integration of three businesses which have largely operated separately. They will be a trusted thought partner and be critical to ensuring that the CEOs objectives are continuously progressed and, ultimately, achieved. The role will work across Medidata, BIOVIA, ArisGlobal, and the broader Dassault Systèmes Life Sciences organization. It will coordinate the CEO's leadership cadence, prepare decision-ready materials, connect stakeholders, and lead selected CEO-sponsored initiatives. The successful candidate will bring exceptional judgment, organization, business acumen, communication skills, and discretion.

Responsibilities:

  • Complex & Multi-Platform Calendar Management: Harmonize complex, multi-entity calendars across corporate, advisory, and board platforms across international time zones. Protect focus time, triage incoming requests, and exercise high-judgment, strategic gatekeeping to ensure day-to-day schedules reflect core business goals. Coordinate closely with the CEO's personal office to align domestic and international commitments.
  • Global Travel Logistics & On-Site Operations: Coordinate end-to-end domestic and international travel logistics, including visas, global entry protocols, and expenses. Plan, oversee vendor/venue operations (catering, AV, setup), and execute high-visibility hosted events, offsite meetings, and dinners. Travel periodically (domestic and international) as required to support key events and meetings.
  • Executive Briefings & Decision Support: Prepare the CEO for leadership, customer, partner, earnings, and Dassault Systèmes engagements by coordinating agendas, briefings, background materials, and follow-up.
  • Leadership Cadence & Strategic Triaging: Drive the operational cadence and operating rhythm of the CEO's office and executive leadership team—including leadership meetings, business reviews, town halls, and executive forums—by framing objectives, driving action items, and removing operational friction. Direct internal communications and strategic initiatives on behalf of the CEO to maintain momentum without requiring constant executive oversight.
  • Action Tracking & Accountability: Capture executive decisions and commitments, track owners and due dates, follow up on actions, and raise risks or unresolved issues to the CEO.
  • Strategic Initiative & Transformation Execution: Translate CEO priorities into actionable plans with clear milestones, owners, dependencies, and progress reviews. Coordinate selected strategic, integration, and transformation initiatives across Medidata, BIOVIA, ArisGlobal, and Dassault Systèmes Life Sciences.
  • Special Projects & Cross-Functional Synthesis: Lead special projects for the CEO from initial analysis through execution planning and closeout. Work across Finance, Commercial, Product/R&D, HR, and Marketing to synthesize business, customer, talent, and market information for decision-making.
  • High-Autonomy & Discreet Support: Handle sensitive, highly confidential corporate communications, investor relations materials, talent matters, and personal executive business with absolute discretion and sound judgment. Act with autonomy to resolve scheduling conflicts, triage priorities, and solve operational challenges independently.
  • Organizational Connectivity & Representation: Build strong working relationships with senior leaders to serve as a connector across the organization. Represent the CEO in selected meetings when delegated, gathering information or coordinating next steps while escalating critical decisions.
  • Continuous Operational Improvement: Identify practical ways to optimize preparation, information flow, and follow-through across the CEO's office and leadership team.
  • Proficiency in French is strongly preferred.
  •

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Senior C-Suite Support Expertise: 7+ years of experience providing high-level support as an executive business partner or executive assistant to C-level leadership within fast-growing life sciences, digital health, or technology organizations.
  • Multi-Entity & Governance Operations: Demonstrated history of successfully backing senior executives with external advisory commitments and board seats, managing multi-platform schedules, and orchestrating complex travel arrangements.
  • Confidentiality & Regulatory Discretion: Extensive experience managing highly sensitive, proprietary information within strictly regulated corporate environments.
  •

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  •

Behavioral Competencies:

  • Executive Judgment, Discretion & Integrity: Demonstrates high ethical standards and sound reasoning when managing confidential organizational, board-level, and leadership matters. Safely guards private data and discerns when to take autonomous action, align key partners, or elevate concerns to senior leadership.
  • Diplomacy & Stakeholder Management: Establishes strong partnerships and alignment throughout an expansive global enterprise. Interacts effortlessly, balances competing timeline priorities, and fosters productive connections with executive peers, senior management, and administrative colleagues.
  • Anticipatory Thinking & Service Orientation: Foresees upcoming requirements and maps out intricate operational and travel details well ahead of time. Proactively identifies calendar overlaps, establishes reliable contingency plans, and ensures seamless execution for the CEO and executive suite.
  • Strategic & Commercial Mindset: Aligns leadership objectives directly with broader commercial goals, key transformation initiatives, and core organizational metrics.
  • Calm, Flexible & Resilient Execution: Provides clarity within complex environments and consistently carries responsibilities through to completion. Maintains poise, high emotional intelligence, and composure while adjusting to fluid calendars and demanding priorities.
  • Executive Communication: Expresses ideas clearly, articulately, and convincingly to senior leadership, delivering succinct and decision-ready documentation.
