Pre-Sales Solution Consultant Manufacturing Operations Management (MES/MOM) (F/M)
We are looking for a Pre-Sales Solution Consultant to work closely with our customers and the DELMIA sales team, providing expert pre-sales support for our Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) solutions.
Our solutions deliver significant value and return on investment to manufacturers by improving operational efficiency, enabling mobile access to manufacturing data, extending manufacturing intelligence, integrating native 3D models, and supporting the adoption of IoT standards.
Role description and responsibilities
- Support pre-sales and deployment activities either directly or in collaboration with other teams.
- Present and promote the value of DELMIA Operations Management solutions and other DELMIA products as required.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of pre-sales documentation to support DELMIA Apriso sales activities.
- Design, test, and deliver compelling solution demonstrations tailored to customer, prospect, and sales team requirements.
- Maintain a structured library of pre-sales demonstrations to ensure efficiency and consistency.
- Document and capitalize on technical knowledge, ensuring best practices, demonstrations, and Proofs of Concept (PoCs) are easily reusable.
- Continuously develop technical expertise, transfer knowledge, and promote technical excellence across internal and external ecosystems, contributing to the ongoing improvement of pre-sales activities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- More than 6 years of experience in a similar role, with strong expertise in MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and MOM (Manufacturing Operations Management) solutions, including at least 3 years of experience with DELMIA Apriso or a comparable platform.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing operations, particularly in production, quality, maintenance, logistics processes, and some knowledge on planning & scheduling
- Technical proficiency in SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development.
- Strong knowledge of MES/MOM, QMS, WMS, as well as ERP/PLM integrations and machine interfaces.
- Qualifications and/or experience in production planning and scheduling (APS) would be considered an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts and engage effectively with stakeholders.
- Fluent in English, with strong written and spoken communication skills. Arabic and French language skills would be an advantage.
- Strong analytical and prioritization abilities, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Highly organized, collaborative, and comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
