Partner Sales Representative
Dassault Systèmes is seeking a sales-driven and results-oriented Partner Sales Representative to join our South Eastern team, based in Istanbul, Turkey.
This is a dynamic, highly customer-facing role with a 50% hunting / 50% farming focus. The ideal candidate is a proactive Territory Sales professional with strong strategic account management skills and the ability to engage confidently with C-level stakeholders.
Role & Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and named accounts
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline, ensuring at least 2x quota coverage
- Develop growth strategies and account plans for strategic customers
- Build strong relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders
- Drive customer transformation through a consultative, value-based approach
- Work closely with Value Added Resellers and internal teams to deliver revenue targets and customer success
- Collaborate across industries, including Consumer Packaged Goods & Retail, High Tech and Industrial Equipment
- Manage forecasting and opportunity development across the territory
Qualification
- Master’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in software/technology sales, preferably SaaS, Cloud or enterprise software
- Proven experience in strategic account management and new business development
- Experience working with indirect sales channels and partners
- Commercial mindset, energy, proactivity and a willingness to spend significant time in the field with customers and partners
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable engaging with C-level stakeholders and working in a complex international environment
- Proactive, entrepreneurial and results-oriented mindset
- Willingness to travel up to 40%
- Fluency in English and Turkish
