Industry Process Consultant
Role Description & Responsibilities:
As an Industry Process Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting strategic Manufacturing Operations opportunities across Latin America, with a strong focus on MES/MOM solutions and DELMIA Apriso.
You will work closely with customers, sales teams, business partners and technical experts to understand complex manufacturing challenges, define value-driven solutions and demonstrate how Dassault Systèmes technologies can transform shop-floor and manufacturing operations.
- Lead technical presales engagements for MES/MOM opportunities, from customer discovery and requirements analysis through solution definition, demonstrations and proof of concepts.
- Understand and challenge customer manufacturing processes, identify operational pain points and translate business requirements into relevant DELMIA Apriso and Manufacturing Operations solutions.
- Develop compelling value propositions supported by KPIs, business cases, solution architectures and industry best practices, including presentations to executive and operational stakeholders.
- Design and deliver best-in-class demonstrations, proof of concepts and solution vision presentations, while supporting RFI and RFP processes.
- Partner with sales teams and Dassault Systèmes business partners across Latin America to qualify stakeholders, shape the appropriate engagement strategy and support strategic opportunities.
- Contribute to key manufacturing transformation initiatives in the region, including major MES/MOM programs with leading industrial customers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Typically 4+ years of professional experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering, MES/MOM, shop-floor operations or related environments, with experience in presales, consulting or customer-facing technical roles highly valued.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production operations, shop-floor systems, machine operations, automation and/or robotics. Experience with MES/MOM platforms, particularly DELMIA Apriso, is a strong advantage.
- Technical understanding of enterprise software environments, including system integration, databases and SQL, combined with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical stakeholders and senior business decision-makers, lead customer workshops and manage technical relationships.
- Professional proficiency in English and willingness to travel across Latin America. Portuguese is expected for the Brazilian market; Spanish is an advantage.
