How to access to Customer Support Portal private services?

You first need to get an account and then to log in:

 

How to get an account for Customer Support Portal ? 

The contact administration is made by one contact identified in your company who has admin role. The admin receives the Dassault Systemes Passport login/passwd that enables him to generate contacts inside its company. 

Contact your company administrator to get an access. If you are not able to identify him or if he has not yet been designated, you can contact your Customer Support Center by clicking here.

Please note that the following information will be required to open your account: Prefix, First Name, Last Name, email and Customer site ID Number (available in the "License Key Delivery Notice" or in the "Key Availability Notice").

What to do when losing a Dassault Systemes Passport for Support password?
  1. Go to this address.
  2. Fill in your login name or your email address and click ‘Submit.
  3. You will receive an email that will allow you to reset your password. Click on "click here to reset" in the mail you received.
  4. Set your new password or generate automatically a new one by clicking "generate for me".
  5. A confirmation email will be sent to your email address. You can now use the new password you set to log in.
How to change your password used to access Customer Support Portal private services?

There are two ways to change the password:

1. Once  identified
   You need first to login using the Dassault Systemes Passport for Support by clicking here.
   Once logged in, click on "My profile".
   Click on "change my Password" link in ToolBox section.
   Here you can update your password. You will receive a confirmation email.
 

2. Without being identified
   Go directly in this address.
   Fill in your login name or your email address and click ‘Submit .
   You will receive an email that will allow you to reset your password. Click on"click here to reset" in the mail you received.
   Set your new password or generate automatically a new one by clicking "generate for me".
   A confirmation email will be sent to your email address You can now use the new password you set to log in.

 

 

How can I identify the Customer Support Center I should work with?

What are the recommended browsers for Customer Support Portal ?

All most commons Web browsers (IE, Mozilla Firefox, Chrome,..) are supposed to work with 3ds.com. Nevertheless, Internet Explorer 6 or 7 are the recommended browser (especially for download functionnality). If you encounter some troubles with a specifric browser, do not hesitate to contact us.
