CIMPA is the AIRBUS subsidiary in PLM Services.
Stemming from 25 of experiences in the field of the CIME (CAD/CAM/CAE/CAPE) and PDM within the EADS group, CIMPA was created in 1995 to open itself to the other customers.
With more than 400 engineer and technician in Europe, CIMPA is become a major player in the field of PLM services in less than 10 years. The CIMPA's market share is 75 % for the aeronautical and spatial industry and 25 % for the other industries among which automotive, shipbuilding, railway, transportation, etc...
Using our skilled teams and our proven technology know-how, CIMPA is currently expanding its activities throughout Europe´s high-tech manufacturing industries.
Our clear vision, combined with best practices in the industry, will enhance CIMPA´s rapidly growing role as a leading independent European PLM services provider.
Thanks to its in-depth knowledge of the actual industrial processes and of the best in class tools and methodologies in the market, CIMPA is able to help any company to solve problems like productivity of an Information System (IS) on the whole Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
By combining its expertise on the industrial processes and in the development of applications CIMPA developed a specific and dedicated offers in the sheet metal domain and in the composite domain. Thanks to its know-how in support/method and in training, CIMPA made products that would be perfectly adapted to the end users and easy to integrate in any kind of industrial organisation.
