Solution Architect - Industrialization
Role & Responsibilities
We are looking for a Solution Architect to lead the definition and integration of solutions within the Industrialization Domain, connecting engineering, manufacturing, reliability, production, logistics, quality, and lifecycle support processes through a digital environment.
The role will be responsible for defining and integrating solutions across engineering, manufacturing, reliability, production, logistics, and lifecycle support, ensuring alignment and traceability across the different industrial processes.
The Solution Architect will work across multidisciplinary teams to support capabilities covering:
- Reliability and systems engineering, including RBD, FTA, Markov analysis, FMEA/FMECA, RCM, system validation, and conformity management.
- Manufacturing and industrialization, including manufacturing preparation, production processes, manufacturing documentation, and integration with production activities.
- Quality and production integration, supporting the connection between engineering definitions, manufacturing processes, quality control, and production planning.
- Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), including supplier data integration, maintenance planning, resource estimation, lifecycle support, and compliance with applicable industry standards.
- Digital continuity and traceability, maintaining the connection between engineering, manufacturing, maintenance, and operational readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and integrate solutions supporting Industrialization-related business processes.
- Ensure consistency and traceability across engineering, manufacturing, reliability, production, quality, logistics, and lifecycle processes.
- Support the integration of industrial processes with the 3D digital mock-up.
- Lead discussions and workshops with business stakeholders, subject-matter experts, and technical teams.
- Identify solution gaps, dependencies, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Support solution configuration, testing, validation, and deployment.
- Provide technical guidance to project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Ensure alignment with applicable industry standards and project governance.
- Contribute to the evolution of digital manufacturing and lifecycle management capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Functional Architect, Systems Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of industrialization and manufacturing processes.
- Experience working across multiple functional domains and integrating complex industrial processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences.
- Experience with PLM, digital manufacturing, or related enterprise platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE and/or DELMIA.
- Background in reliability engineering, systems engineering, manufacturing engineering, or Integrated Logistics Support (ILS).
- Experience with RBD, FTA, Markov analysis, FMEA/FMECA, RCM, or related engineering methodologies.
- Experience in Shipbuilding, Aerospace & Defense, Automotive, or other complex industrial environments.
- Familiarity with manufacturing planning, quality, production, maintenance, or lifecycle management processes.
- Experience integrating engineering, manufacturing, supplier, and maintenance information within a common digital environment.
