Role Description & Responsibilities
Dassault Systèmes is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex consulting, software implementation, and digital transformation engagements for strategic customers.
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for delivering projects with excellence across scope, schedule, quality, financial performance, and customer satisfaction. This position will work closely with customer leadership, internal teams, technical experts, consultants, and external partners to ensure that project commitments are successfully achieved.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex consulting and enterprise software implementation projects.
- Ensure projects align with contractual commitments, defined scope, timelines, quality standards, and customer expectations.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans covering schedules, resources, budgets, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
- Establish and manage project governance, including steering committees, executive reviews, and operational meetings.
- Serve as the primary delivery contact for customer leadership, project sponsors, and key stakeholders.
- Build trusted relationships with customers and provide clear updates regarding project progress, risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
- Manage project financial performance, including budgets, revenue recognition, forecasting, margins, and cost controls.
- Monitor and report delivery performance indicators, including schedule adherence, quality, resource utilization, and financial health.
- Identify opportunities for change orders, scope optimization, and additional services.
- Proactively identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Escalate critical issues through the proper governance channels and drive effective problem-solving across teams.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams consisting of consultants, technical experts, internal departments, and partner resources.
- Promote collaboration across consulting, Research and Development, support, and other internal teams.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to project team members and junior project managers.
- Support continuous improvement by contributing to project delivery methodologies, best practices, lessons learned, and process improvements.
- Drive operational excellence and support initiatives that improve project governance, predictability, and delivery quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Five or more years of experience in project or program management within consulting, software implementation, or digital transformation environments.
- Proven experience delivering complex, enterprise-scale programs.
- Experience managing multimillion-dollar projects involving cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Strong customer-facing leadership and executive stakeholder management experience.
- Strong risk management skills, including identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks.
- Strong knowledge of project margins, financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Demonstrated leadership, team-building, and team-development skills.
- Ability to manage complex delivery environments involving multiple teams, priorities, and dependencies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience with project management methodologies such as PMI, PRINCE2, MSP, or an equivalent framework.
- Familiarity with enterprise software implementation programs involving PLM, ERP, MES, or similar solutions.
- Strong knowledge of project governance, delivery frameworks, operational metrics, and performance reporting.
- PMP or an equivalent project management certification is preferred.
- Professional fluency in English is required.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, international, and customer-focused environment.

Compensation & Benefits
Dassault Systèmes offers an excellent salary with potential for bonus, commensurate with experience. Salary Pay Transparency
Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $147600 and $173600, representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.
