We are looking for an IT Support Intern to join our international team in Milano - Segrate. Are you looking for an exciting internship in a multinational company? You will take on new challenges and tasks in a dynamic, international environment!

In this role, you will provide first-level IT support (Level 1 Help Desk) to local users, assisting with their day-to-day IT needs and troubleshooting common technical issues. You will also gain hands-on experience and learn how a modern corporate IT environment operates in practice.

Role Description & Responsibilities

During the internship, you’ll have the opportunity to:

Help with the setup, configuration and maintenance of the local IT environment according to corporate standards
Assist in the deployment, replacement, and renewal of end-user devices and systems
Handle IT support tickets and assist with issue resolution
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation and IT procedures.
Assist in managing and implementing local IT infrastructure (LAN, Server&Storage, Audiovisual)
Work on IT operations in Italy, while providing additional support to users across the EUROMED region
Support hands-on IT activities, including server racking, desk wiring, and meeting room setup.

Qualifications

High school diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field (e.g., Perito Informatico)
Basic understanding of Operating Systems (Windows Client/Server; Linux/macOS is a plus)
Knowledge of Italian and English proficiency at B2 level or above
Interest and knowledge in network infrastructure and IT processes
Curiosity and eagerness to learn how IT systems are managed in a global company
Hands-on attitude and willingness to support both digital and physical IT tasks
