Define integrated Global Solution enabling the customer to perform his Business strategy providing:
- The coverage of his whole business processes with the expected business value while guarantying the final workability and relevancy of the solution
- The contribution to the Business Objectives achievement leveraging 3DS Know-how within the valuable usage of 3DEXPERIENCE platform according the Industry Business Challenge of the customer.
- The Solution engineering by promoting CLOUD solution first from Dassault Systèmes, considering the market trends.
- The expertise on the Value Engagement process to operate and orchestrate the solution Engineering from the Solution Vision to the Solution Delivery
Act as key Contributor of the Value Engagement framework
Participate in Value Engagement gate reviews when needed
Assess Customer Opportunity in regards of feasibility, value and risks
Contribute with Business Consultant to Capture customer business processes
Challenge customer business processes in regard of value creation and business transformation
Define Global Solution Architecture leveraging 3DS Know-how to support customer business objectives, highlighting committed value, and taking extra care of feasibility and delivery effort
Leverage collaboration between 3DS organization around a common view of the solution architecture for project success and customer satisfaction
Ensure the alignment of the delivered solution with the committed (SoW) project scope
Support Consultants & System Integrators
Leverage IFWE Loop to manage customer and ecosystem interaction, and capitalize all relevant information

Qualifications - External

11+ years of experience in APRISO including version above APRISO 2020
Strong interpersonal and technical skills to drive the entire project from requirement gathering to Go Live and adoption.
Experience with MES Solution Design and Implementation of APRISO based MES - minimum 2 Solution design Experience with end to end implementation
Good Knowledge of manufacturing domains including discrete as well as process industry
Good knowledge and working experience in APRISO Process Builder, Machine Integrator, Archiving, Business Integrator
Good knowledge of APRISO architecture and functional modules along with Database structure
Integration experience with L4 and L2
Good knowledge of SQL and Oracle Database
Strong Leadership skills to manage team, partners and end customer
Excellent written and verbal communication
No travel constraints

Additional Skills :

Manage the day to day activities of a team of SW developers
Interface with other project stakeholders to ensure that the system objectives are balanced with overall project objectives
Represent the team as required
Identify reusable components to be leveraged across applications
Communicate with peers and supervisors routinely, document work, meetings, and decisions.
Mentor junior developers
