Pricing Structure descriptions can be found in applicable Offerings Specific Terms published at https://www.3ds.com/terms/ost. For clarity, for multi-year deals, the applicable wholesale price for the renewal of ALC/YLC, is the ALC/YLC wholesale price including any CHIT/Coupon, if applicable, that was applicable to the first fixed term plus the cumulated percentage of increase applicable to any given year of the multi-year deal, in a given country, as published at https://www.3ds.com/terms/price. Wholesale price may also be adjusted proportionally in the case of Distributor classification change pursuant to the Partner Alignment Program over the period.
