ALC/YLC Pricing Structure
In the case of upfront payment of the full multi-year amount
For purchase of multi-year deal in ALC/YLC Pricing Structure, the applicable price for the first yearly renewal at the expiration of the multi-year deal duration is the ALC/YLC price that was applicable to the last year plus the last percentage of increase applicable to the license of a Dassault Systèmes Offering in a given country, as published at https://www.3ds.com/terms/price at least ninety (90) days before renewal date. However, such increase shall not exceed the increase that would have resulted from the revision of the price of the ALC/YLC according to the applicable price index since the date of the last price increase published by Dassault Systèmes at https://www.3ds.com/terms/price for the related Dassault Systèmes Offering.

In the case of annual payment with price increases taken into account in the annual prices
For purchase of multi-year deal in ALC/YLC Pricing Structure, the applicable price for the first yearly renewal at the expiration of the multi-year deal duration is the ALC/YLC price that was applicable to the last year plus the last percentage of increase applicable to the license of a Dassault Systèmes Offering in a given country, as published at https://www.3ds.com/terms/price at least ninety (90) days before renewal date.
