You cannot create a contact profile in DSX.Client: "this email address already exists"

If the email address that you want to create already exists in DSX.Client, please contact directly your Customer Support Center on www.3ds.com/support/need-help/contact-support. The existing account will be attached to the right company site and you will be able to grant support rights then.
