T87-2015: BIOVIA Electronic Lab Notebook 6.9 SP5 is Supported with Oracle 12.1.0.2

BIOVIA ELN 6.9 SP5 is supported with Oracle 12.1.0.2. Please note the following caveats.
- Please note that only 64-bit version of Oracle Database is supported.
- Oracle 12.1.0.2 is supported only if you use ELN 6.9 SP5 with Direct 9.5.
- We do not recommend using Oracle 12c Client with Oracle 11g Database.
