T84-2015: The Generate Query Definition component fails if you are using JRE 1.8 update 51 or 60

These are problems that might be seen when using Generate Query Definition component for the BIOVIA Query Service using Oracle JRE 1.8 update 51 or 60.

The query is not saved when clicking the OK button
The value for a query cannot be entered
A query field cannot be made a parameter
The buttons on the query value field for integer fields that increase or decrease the query value will not work

Resolution:
We have verified that these problems do not occur using JRE 1.8 update 25 and recommend staying at that release when using the Query Service with any version of BIOVIA Foundation 9.x.

This issue has been logged as Defect AQS-1717 and has already been fixed in the Query Service 2016 which will release with BIOVIA Foundation 2016 later this year.
