T82-2016: Excel becomes unresponsive when using "Cut" to move Insight for Excel pictures from one worksheet to another.

A Microsoft issue exists in Excel 2013 and Excel 2016 when the Excel option "Cut, copy and sort inserted objects with their parent cells" is ON. If pictures are cut from one worksheet to another then a combination of picture moves and cell size changes on the original worksheet can cause Excel to become unresponsive. This typically happens when the Insight for Excel option "Draw chemistry when cells are visible" is ON but may occur on any Insight for Excel operation that moves pictures or resizes cells.
Resolution:
This issue has been logged as a known defect (issue number ESDX-3704) and is due to a bug in Microsoft Excel 2013 and 2016. Microsoft Support have reproduced the issue and recognized that this is a bug in Excel which has been logged as a bug issue with the Microsoft Office development team. Workaround
To work around this issue, use Excel's copy command to copy cells and pictures between the worksheets and then delete the original data from the first worksheet.
