T76-2017: Notebook 2018 fails to install on Windows 2016 and IIS 10

If running the Notebook 2018 installer on a Windows 2016 Server, which has IIS 10 enabled as the default version, an error will be thrown stating that IIS 7.0 or higher is not installed.

Resolution:
To work-around this issue edit the following keys in the Windows Registry before running the Notebook 2018 installer:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\InetStp
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\InetStp

The MajorVersion value should be changed to the decimal value of 7.

After running the Notebook 2018 installer the registry values should be reverted to their original value (MajorVersion = 10 (decimal)).

This defect was logged as issue number CELN-8883 and has been fixed for Notebook 2018 SP1.
