T71-2015: Timeout error when uploading data to EKB

Some upload protocols that utilize SOAP components to write raw table data into the EKB database fails with a timeout error. This timeout is caused by a transaction deadlock between the EKB UI and the SOAP API.

When running the protocol in the EKB interface, the protocol execution stops and the page closes to return to the workflow after exactly 30 seconds. At this point in time no data is written to the RAW_PROPERTY_TABLE table.
Resolution:
This issue has been logged as a Defect EKB-8211 and has been fixed in EKB 4.3 HF2 and EKB 4.3 SP1.
