T66-2016: BIOVIA Workbook 2017 is now supported with Oracle 12.1.0.2 Standard Edition 2

Oracle has released Oracle 12.1.0.2 Standard Edition 2 (SE2).  Per Oracle documentation, “Oracle Database Standard Edition 2 (SE2) streamlines the existing Standard Edition (SE) and Standard Edition One (SE1) offerings into a single offering going forward that continues to provide an affordable enterprise class database for SMB customers.”

All supported operated systems.
 
Resolution:
BIOVIA is now supporting Oracle Database 12.1.0.2 Standard Edition 2 for Workbook 2017.
