T65-2016: Oracle Patch 17501296 is required on Oracle 11.2.0.4 for use with BIOVIA Workbook (formerly BIOVIA ELN)

The following error may be encountered when running BIOVIA Workbook (formerly BIOVIA ELN) on Oracle 11.2.0.4 database.  This error message may be present in the Vault Server log files, and it can cause failures when running database upgrade scripts.

Resolution:
This error message is caused by Oracle bug 17501296. To resolve the problem, apply Oracle Database Patch 17501296 - UNABLE TO DELETE ROWS FROM TABLE WITH TEXT INDEX AFTER UPGRADE TO 11.2.0.4
