Description

We are providing this Technical Note to inform you of the release of BIOVIA Pipeline Pilot 2018 SP1 HF2. It includes the following fixed issues:

PCHE-7404- Enumerate Stereoisomers previously produced a “Cannot dereference a NULL pointer” in “Represented Stereo Only” mode. This occurred when the number of stereoisomers is larger than the threshold set using the “MaximumNumberOfStereoisomers” parameter. This has now been fixed.

PCHE-7406 - A problem perceiving aromaticity of six-member rings with alternating single and double bonds and high-valent atoms such as sulfur has been corrected in this release. The aromaticity will be perceived the same regardless of the position of the alternating double bonds.

PCHE-7415 - Added check for sp3 hybridization to consider constrained Nitrogen atoms as potential stereo centers. Now sp2 Nitrogens will never be perceived as stereo.

PCHE-7405 - The Standardize Molecule component was incorrectly assigning double bond stereo to S=N bonds in small rings (ring size less than 7). These assignments caused problems in the CIP calculations.
