T52-2016: BIOVIA Workbook 2017 Hot Fix 1 Release Notification

This hotfix addresses an issue where transitioning checked-out documents failed without any error or warning to the user. The ability to transition a document during a check-in operation was removed during the Workbook 2017 release. It has been restored with this fix.
