Description

This notification is to inform you that effective with BIOVIA Workbook 2022, the BIOVIA Workbook Recipe section will no longer be supported or included in the Workbook Product. The Workbook Recipe section is a legacy section that utilizes procedural operations embedded in the Workbook Product. Please note that this Tech Note is not referring to the Workbook Recipes section that provides an integration between Workbook and BIOVIA Capture. The Workbook Recipes section will continue to be supported.

BIOVIA Support will continue to provide the following with regards to the Workbook Recipe section for versions of Workbook that are still supported as follows:

• Responses to questions, troubleshooting and providing workarounds for issues reported through DSxCC.

• Previously released Hot Fixes and Service Packs will be available, if needed.

• BIOVIA will not consider new fixes, patches, special releases related to the Workbook Recipe section

• FAQs and Technical Notes will be accessible via the BIOVIA Support website.

Resolution

For customers who have previously used the Recipe section, please contact your Account Manager to discuss how BIOVIA Foundation and the Workbook Recipes section can provide similar functionality.
