Description

We are providing this Technical Note to inform you about the release of BIOVIA Workbook 2020 HF1 which includes the following fixed issues:

NBK-31188 - Query criteria with unicode characters, e.g. German characters with "umlaut" like ä, ö, ü, can now be used successfully when using CISPro material resolver.

NBK-31015 - The CISPro Material Resolver can now pull information from data stored at the receipt lot, material, or container level.

NBK-31483 -The CISPro Material Resolver now works with the new CISPro API by default.

NBK-31170 - When Japanese language settings are used, the Reason and other fields at the bottom of the Vault Workflow signature dialog box are now visible and accessible.

NBK-31098 - Critical Documents with form fields containing greater than 4000 characters can now be opened.

NBK-31498 - A user that does not have Read Data permission on an Experiment can no longer access the Experiment Audit History via the context menu button.

NBK-31506 - Critical Textboxes in Workbook forms that are DateTime datatype now handle regional formats settings correctly.

NBK-31494 - Messages in vaultobjectindexmessagehandler queue now are processed from all servers.

NBK-30803 - Symyx Workflow Utility now returns an error only if there is a failure.

NBK-31495 - The Vault object indexer no longer fails to process some messages.

NBK-31603 - Memory usage issues related to Japanese language setting on Microsoft Office have been resolved.

NBK-31496 - Workbook experiments containing a reaction file that produces a Direct Cartridge error are now indexed correctly.

NBK-31703 - Fixed the versioning of an assembly and updated the related redirect.

NBK-31505 - The CISPro material resolver now explicitly checks for authentication before any queries are sent. If the authentication has expired at this point, the user will be prompted to reauthenticate before continuing.

NBK-31491 - If the current token expires, the Analyze tab now triggers a token refresh.

NBK-31749 - Experiment report will now properly display an annotated file from the External File Section.

NBK-31171 - Form Textboxes with date types of real, date or integer or that have been populated via script no longer cause superfluous Audit History entries.
