T48-2017: Notification regarding BIOVIA Request 2017 R2 Hot Fix 3 Release

We are providing this Technical Note to inform you about the upcoming release of BIOVIA Request 2017 R2 Hot Fix 3, which includes fix for the following issues.

WKR-13508: Request stay "in Progress" even if all tasks are completed
WKR-13514: User gets "Unable to Load Property Set Definition..." when accepting a request
WKR-13542: General Info Panel is not loading properly on latest chrome version
WKR-13550: MigrateHubUsersandGroups protocol is failing when run as rmadmin
Resolution:
BIOVIA Request 2017 R2 Hot Fix 3 is planned for release in September 2017. We recommend this Hot Fix for all customers who are using BIOVIA Request 2016 and higher.
