T46-2018: BIOVIA Notebook Cloud - remove invalid URL in BIOVIA Desktop Connector to avoid errors

For users who have been using the Url "https://cloud-1.biovianotebook.com" to access the Notebook Cloud:

This URL is no longer available and your browser will be redirected to "https://lb.biovianotebook.com". Because of the address change, the Notebook web client will prompt you to "Setup Desktop Connector".

When using the "Connect this browser" function, BIOVIA Desktop Connector may fail to connect due to a URL conflict and show the error message "Could not connect to https://lb.biovianotebook.com/dc/".
