Notification regarding the Retirement of BIOVIA Print-to-Notebook
Resolution:
This announcement is to notify you of the discontinuation of support for BIOVIA Print-to-Notebook, effective September 30^th, 2019. Additionally, please note that we will not be including a 2019 compatible version of BIOVIA Print-to-Notebook with the 2019 release of Workbook. Until the end of support, we will provide support for BIOVIA Print-to-Notebook as follows:

Telephone and email responses to questions, troubleshooting and providing workarounds for issues.
Previously released Hot Fixes and Service Packs will be available, if needed.
BIOVIA will not consider new fixes, patches, special releases or the changes/addition to the platform, 3rd party operating system or database server versions per the already published Hardware and Software requirements.
FAQs and Technical Notes will be accessible via the BIOVIA Support website.

BIOVIA is not planning to release a replacement application for Print-to-Notebook. However, we believe that using the existing BIOVIA Workbook Quick File function mapped to Network drives accessible by instruments prevents a gap in functionality due to the retirement of the Print-to-Notebook product. If you need more information on how to use this functionality, please contact BIOVIA Support.
