T45-2016: BIOVIA Request 2017 Hot Fix 1 Release Notification

BIOVIA Request 2017 Hot Fix 1 addresses the issue where a scientist can now receive email notifications for Requests and Tasks via SMTP server.  An email will be sent to the analyst when a request or task is assigned or updated, so that he/she can act promptly to complete the tasks. An email will be sent to a requester when a request or task is completed or rejected.
To receive an email, the SMTP server has to be configured with SMTP endpoint from the application server and the user must have a valid email address registered in the Foundation for that user account.

BIOVIA Request 2017 Hot Fix 1 will be released in July 2016.  Please refer to BIOVIA Request 2017 HF1 Product Release Document.pdf for details on the installation and configuration.
