T36-2017 Archived session data is deleted after upgrade to BIOVIA LES 2016 SP1

Customers that have not archived procedure sessions will be unaffected.

Archived session data is deleted after an upgrade to LES 2016 SP1 or LES 2016 SP1 HF3.
Upgrade scenarios and results:

• LES 2016 to LES 2016 SP1 archived procedures sessions will be deleted.
• LES 2016 SP1 to LES 2016 SP1 HF1 archived procedures sessions will be unaffected.
• LES 2016 SP1 to LES 2016 SP1 HF2 archived procedures sessions will be unaffected.
• LES 2016 SP1 to LES 2016 SP1 HF3 archived procedures sessions will be deleted.

Operating System
All supported operating systems

 
Resolution:
Do not upgrade LES 2016 or LES 2016 SP1 at this time.   BIOVIA will be releasing a hotfix to resolve these issues.
